ProductWorks is a systematic product evaluation technique developed by LBM specifically for manufacturers of durable products. It is an excellent tool to assess the potential of a new product prototype or to improve the competitiveness of an existing item.

It involves a series of hands-on product clinics whereby groups of 4-6 target customers jointly evaluate a test product and a benchmark product both before and after product usage. Each clinic lasts approximately two hours and involves a sequence of five evaluative stages.
